Although the official minimum salary in Russia is about $20 per month
and the average salary is said to be somewhere between $100 and $200
per month, these figures are not realistic.
The minimum salary
rate (accepted by English-speaking employees) in Russia is about $4/hour
for standard work, which doesn't require any special skills.
Generally,
nobody
will
work for
a
lower rate. If you want qualified staff, the rates start at about $8/hour,
and if you need a highly qualified or specialized staff (such as IT
specialist, interpreter, etc.) they will cost you from $15/hour.
